Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Sundarban Courier Service with tracking and home delivery without signature or pick-up in-branch with required signature. Whichever shipment option is possible at your delivery address, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and transport fees are fixed for deliveries all over Bangladesh, whereas international transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the destination country. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packagings are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns & refunds

No return or refund is possible once your items are dispatched, due to maintaining security, safety & integrity of the items being dispatched. If you receive a damaged item from Sundarban Courier Service, a replacement item will be delivered to you free of charge.
